Project Description
451 ROOMS - Architectural Fund. The space is divided into two polar types of perception:
Main Building: the monumental core of the project, uniting clusters into a single logistical chain.
Villas of Times: individual villas physically embodying the contrast of eras. Ultra-technological future capsules and authentic residences of the past scattered across the landscape.
We sell an experience, not a place to sleep. This guarantees a high ADR ($527) and audience commitment (High Lifetime Value), unattainable for traditional resorts.
Project Description
Gastronomic Axis. Here, food is a method of spatial transportation:
1 Buffet Restaurant: a central hub with international cuisine.
2 A-la-Carte Restaurants: fine dining with deep immersion into the concept.
3 Thematic Bars: Trophies ranging from ancient fermented nectars, whose recipes were considered lost, to glowing elixirs of the future.

Each zone of the complex is designed according to a specific era, reconfiguring the perception of time and space. Architectural elements, landscape design and interior detailing reflect the aesthetics and lifestyle of the Maya, their customs and rituals, while modern elements add a note of relevance and comfort.

Visitors don't just watch what is happening, but become active participants in a unique theatrical experience. Staff and participants wear traditional costumes appropriate to the time period in which they immerse guests, ensuring that the atmosphere is completely authentic.
