According to the Yucatan Hotel Association, in 2022 the average occupancy of 4 and 5 star hotels was 65%. During high season (December-April), this figure reached 85%. The average room rate in such hotels was $180 per night, and the annual revenue per room (RevPAR) was $42,700.
